Which file formats can be processed?
We work with the VISI software from Hexagon and use the STEP format as a common exchange format. In addition, formats such as ACIS, IGES, VDA, PARASOLID and DXF/DWG can also be imported.
How does Julius Pfisterer ensure that the design meets customer requirements?
We coordinate the drawings and CAD models with our customers in advance and check whether the requested products can be manufactured. As overcuts or adjustments are often necessary when punching, we are happy to develop the products in direct consultation with the customer.
How does Julius Pfisterer organize the process from the design to the finished tool to ensure the required quality?
Regular cross-departmental team meetings are held, starting with the layout and continuing through to design and final implementation. In this way, we ensure that the expertise and experience of all specialist departments is incorporated into the development process. Our focus is always on continuous improvement and innovation in order to sustainably ensure and further develop the quality of our tools.
