Our toolmaking department produces precise and customized tools that are precisely tailored to the individual requirements of our customers. We use state-of-the-art production technologies such as wire and die-sinking EDM, CNC milling and precision turning. These processes enable an exceptionally high level of dimensional accuracy and guarantee the durability of our tools. In this way, we create the basis for particularly economical, reliable and high-quality production processes - and make a significant contribution to the efficiency and stability of your production.

All processing machines are state of the art. All processes for tool production, from design to the finished part or assembly, can be carried out by us.

Are all the components of a tool manufactured in-house?
We manufacture most tool components in our own tool shop to give us control over deadlines. Particular attention is paid to the active elements in the tool to ensure that they meet our high quality requirements. We only source special parts, standard parts or coatings from long-standing partners if required.
How long does it usually take to manufacture a complete tool?
The lead time varies depending on the complexity of the tool. As a rule, we need between 4 and 16 weeks from the start of design to completion, depending on the tool technology. For urgent projects, we agree individual schedules with you.
Do you also offer the possibility of producing prototypes or pre-series tools?
Yes, we manufacture both prototypes and pre-series tools. This allows us to optimize the function, punching pattern and geometry before the start of series production, so that the most economical and highest quality tool can be produced for the subsequent series production.
