Bulk goods parts belted in plastic belt
JPF now offers a special handling process for filigree and precisely bent stamped and bent parts that are to be overmoulded by the customer and whose shape and position tolerances do not permit handling as bulk material for reasons of deformation. A previously generated plastic belt is fed from spools into the stamping and bending tool and loaded with the finished stamped and bent part. The reel material prepared in this way can be fed into the plastic injection mold and overmolded at the customer's site. The belt pre-molded part melts during the injection process. This eliminates the need for time-consuming bending/separating handling upstream of the plastic injection molding machine; only a feed unit with decoiler is required. The actual stamped and bent part is protected and therefore free from the risk of bending. In addition, this system is also interesting for smaller quantities (this system can be economical from as little as 100K per year).

Of course, we can also provide you with punching, bending and assembly tools for the further processing of products previously manufactured by us.
