Our quality management ensures that the highest standards are consistently maintained at every stage of production. We guarantee consistently high product quality through continuous monitoring during production and comprehensive testing of all processes. We rely on state-of-the-art measurement technology, which, in combination with clearly documented and traceable processes, delivers precise and reliable results. In this way, we not only create seamless traceability, but also ensure sustainable and reproducible product quality - today and in the future.

Measurement technology

State-of-the-art measuring systems and CAQ connection guarantee reproducible quality - reliably documented and transparently evaluated.

We rely on state-of-the-art measuring technology for maximum precision and documented quality. Two CNC-controlled 3-axis measuring machines from Dr. Schneider Messtechnik GmbH are equipped with a high-resolution CCD matrix camera and an additional tactile probe. Our testing equipment is supplemented by a variety of optical and mechanical measuring devices - including for spring force and hardness testing.

All measuring systems are connected online to our CAQ system (FS-8000) and thus enable a complete, statistical evaluation of all measurement results in real time.

Quality policy

The production program of Julius Pfisterer GmbH & Co. KG includes the design and production of punching and bending tools, in particular for automatic punching machines of our own manufacture, as well as various third-party products such as Bruderer, Bihler, Fico, Patterer, Bebeco/Finzer and similar. Complete system solutions are also developed that enable various non-system operations such as thread forming or the feeding of rivet contacts. The production focus is on the processing of strip materials of various types such as ferrous, non-ferrous or BI metals in sheet thicknesses from 0.05 to approx. 2.0 mm and a strip width of up to approx. 140 mm. Delivery can be made both as bulk material and endless on the belt or in magazines. All possible post-processing is offered, partly in cooperation with subcontractors.

We have set ourselves the task of achieving the highest quality and delivery reliability with efficient and cost-effective production using a continuous manufacturing process. Our quality policy has the strategic objective of aiming for "zero defects" in order to keep defect costs as low as possible or to eliminate them completely.

As part of our corporate duty of care with regard to the quality assurance of our products and services, we define our quality policy in this management handbook. The management handbook is a description of the quality management system we have established. Its application ensures that all organizational, commercial and technical activities that have an impact on quality are planned, controlled and monitored and that contractually agreed requirements are met. The QM system we practice is based on IATF 16949 as well as customer-relevant specifications and standards.
The success of the company is closely linked to the quality of its products and services.

The company management is responsible for the quality of the products. It appoints a quality management officer to carry out these tasks. The quality management system described in this manual and the applicable documents define all activities required for quality assurance and the respective responsibilities for implementation. Through these measures, the company management strives to achieve absolute customer satisfaction and a zero-defect policy.

Training courses for a continuous improvement process throughout the company familiarize all employees with this quality policy and convince them of the need to consistently adhere to the quality guidelines.

By assessing the results of internal audits and periodically reporting on quality, the person responsible in the company management assesses the quality management system.

Our company is certified in accordance with IATF 16949. Accordingly, we work exclusively with qualified suppliers, which we subject to periodic audits.

Cleanliness throughout the entire company is a matter of course for us. In accordance with your specifications, we take your cleanliness requirements into account throughout the entire course of the project. We work together with external, qualified laboratories to provide evidence.

In principle, we use almost all current measuring methods in the optical and tactile field. Spring force and strength tests can also be carried out. Documentation is carried out via our CAQ system. Our test equipment is monitored in accordance with standards and is designed for demanding series parts.
