Microstamping
From materials with demanding punching properties
Using a technology developed in-house at Julius Pfisterer, materials with high strength and/or toughness, such as high-alloy stainless steels, NiTi alloys, precious metals or comparable strip materials that were previously unsuitable for stamping, are processed into stamped parts with extremely small dimensions and tolerance ranges.
Stanzteile mit einer Abmessung von 250µm bei Blechdicken von 40µm können mit einer Genauigkeit <10µm prozesssicher hergestellt werden.
Production using our own tool technologies enables implementation with extremely low tool costs.
This proprietary technology is particularly suitable for the mass production of medical technology products or precision mechanical components, for example, which previously had to be produced using far more cost-intensive technologies.

From materials with demanding punching properties
Due to growing customer demand, Julius Pfisterer GmbH & Co. KG has once again expanded its portfolio. The punching of thin foils has recently been added to the production program. This involves processing a wide variety of strip materials made of copper, stainless steel or other special materials with strengths of up to 2,000 N/mm2.
High-precision membranes for electronic applications are produced fully automatically from a 50µm thick and silver-coated copper foil using NC-controlled punching technology. Some of the S-shaped inner contours are only 160µm wide. Special holders for the active tool elements have been specially developed for this purpose.
Compared to the production technology previously used, the required tool investment could be amortized in a short time.

Fine blanking
Based on conventional tool technology
Thanks to a tool technology developed in-house by Millionen, punched parts can be produced with virtually no breakage surface in the area of the punched edge. This process, which is comparable in quality to the "fine blanking" process, can be implemented in conventional blanking tools. This means defined fineblanking quality at a conventional stamped part price. This process has proven itself over many millions of produced parts.
FAQ
Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our services and offers.
