Digital tool design
for complex punching processes
Bruderer punching technology up to 50 t and 950 mm tool length - powerful, flexible, tried and tested in series production.
With the commissioning of the 5th Bruderer automatic punching press, we now also have sufficient capacity in this production segment to meet our customer requirements. The option of producing progressive tools up to a length of 950mm and a punching pressure of up to 50t rounds off the production program of the automatic punching and bending machines and also enables us to take over third-party tools as an additional service for our customers. It goes without saying that the necessary investments for tool maintenance and new tool production were carried out in advance in our in-house tool shop.

Since the commissioning of the first Bihler RM-NC stamping and bending machine in 2014, JPF has been a pioneer in the use of fully NC-controlled stamping and bending machines in series production. As one of Bihler's first customers to use this innovative technology productively, JPF has set an important example for flexibility and efficiency in production at an early stage."The investment in this technology has fully met our expectations. To date, it has enabled us to offer our customers significantly increased flexibility - especially with short response times to call-offs and small to medium-sized series," says Andreas Ketzer, fourth-generation managing partner at JPF. How many shifts does your production work in?
Our production currently runs in 1.5-shift operation. We always ensure a high degree of automation and corresponding quality assurance during production so that Highrunner products run 24/7.
Can you also respond to higher demand at short notice, for example if the number of units required increases?
Thanks to our modern production facilities and flexible planning in terms of personnel and machinery, we can also respond to higher quantities at short notice. Close coordination with you ensures planning reliability.
How often are your tools serviced or repaired?
Our tools are serviced regularly and preventively according to individual maintenance schedules. In our company, only qualified specialist personnel ensure that the tools run reliably in our production.
