On 01.01.2025, Mr. Seidel will join the management of our company. Since joining the company in 1999, he has made a lasting contribution to the development of our structures and thus to the success of our family business in his previous role as Head of QM and Management Representative. It is therefore a particular pleasure for us to continue to place our unreserved trust in him by appointing him as Managing Director with sole power of representation.
